Vendor Application
Please Note: All vendors are expected to be familiar with, and abide by all event rules and guidelines just like event players. All vendors must be in period appropriate garb at all times. Vendors should be present at the welcome and safety brief as well. Vendors have sole responsibility for their goods at all times. Reckoning LARP is not responsible for loss from damage or theft. There is a $100 fee for vendors to attend the event, which grants up to two people access to the grounds during early access for set-up.
Because we strive to present a medieval fantasy aesthetic, we ask that all vendors present and sell their goods with minimal break in immersion. Please build your displays and signs in a way that accommodates the look and feel of the event.
We will only accept vendors who sell items that fit within the overall aesthetic of the event. We want to avoid situations where players purchase an item and are immediately told by staff that they cannot use it at the event.
