Lodging and Packing List
On-Site Accommodations
The event accommodations are campground style. Separate spaces for setting up period tents "in game" as well as non-period tents out of “game" will be available on site. TENTS ARE NOT PROVIDED and all players are responsible for their own camping arrangements.
Period “In-Game” Camping
In-Game camping takes place in the roleplaying area. Players may not bring modern tents, chairs, lights, etc into this area so that it remains as immersive as possible.
Modern necessities such as toiletries, phones, sleeping bags, etc, shall be kept inside your period appropriate tent with the flap closed, or concealed inside of a period bag while transiting to or from showers/restrooms.
Non-Period “Out-Of-Game” Camping
Out-Of-Game will be a camping and staging area for all modern tents, campers, or other similar items.
If you must travel through the In-Game area to get to and from showers, you must be in decorum clothing and follow the In-Game camping rules.
